Because hormones and our nervous systems work hand in hand, when hormones begin their major shift, fluctuation, and depletion the nervous system is affected.
Because there are so many changes during perimenopause, many women feel as if they are not themselves anymore. They don’t even know specifically what to tell their doctor they are feeling or experiencing because it all feels overwhelming. Having a place for tracking symptoms and changes through perimenopause can be helpful. Having a tool that helps to recognize that nervous system regulation helps with the shifting hormones is a must. That’s why I created the Regulated Woman Journal™️.
This Journal is not built around fixing perimenopause symptoms. It is built around helping women feel steady, safe, and connected to themselves again.

The Journal is not merely a place for symptom tracking alone. This Journal will help women understand what is happening; regulate the nervous system; reduce overwhelm; and reconnect to themselves. This Journal was not written by a clinical hormone expert. It was written by a nurse with real-life experience. It is meant to be: safe, grounded, intelligent, calming, and validating. Hopefully a rare combination that will be a tool in your perimenopause toolkit.
